What is the centre of Ceuta?
The Centre of Ceuta is an area of innovation and guidance for employment that seeks to ensure stable integration and equal citizens of Ceuta in the workplace. Together with other 19 public centres throughout spain, form the Red COE, an initiative of the national employment System to manage efficiently active policies, employment support and advice to individuals and businesses in their quest for new job opportunities.

The Centre of Ceuta provides services and adequate training, orientation and support for the professional activity of citizenship. Through this portal, provides access to resources useful for the search of employment, improving labour skills or training.
What is the relationship between the centre of Ceuta and the network COE?
The Network COE is an initiative launched by the national employment System to manage efficiently the active policies to promote employment. Consists of twenty public centres across Spain.
The Centre of Ceuta is the representation of the city of Melilla and is responsible for promoting these policies in the city of Ceuta, offering counselling and guidance for employment to its citizens.
What is the relationship between the centre of Ceuta and SEPE?
Among other functions, the public employment service Estatal (SEPE) is responsible for managing the procedures for employment and training in the autonomous cities of Ceuta and Melilla. This management involves the development and implementation of the active policies agreed upon in the employment act in these territories, to be one of the measures referred to in this act the launch of the COE.

What is Red COE?
Red COE is a network of public centres for counselling, support entrepreneurship and innovation for employment. This Network consists of twenty public centres: one for each autonomous community and autonomous city, and a state school.
The Network works together with the aim of reaching a labour market more dynamic, resilient, inclusive and prepared for the challenges. Its actions are directed to women who work or company.
How does Red COE begin?
The launch of Red COE emerges as a support of national employment System to manage efficiently, active policy of promoting employment. Red COE is a shared space to move an integrative view and to strengthen the collaboration between the state and the autonomous communities in vocational guidance, support entrepreneurship and innovation for employment.
